I’m sure we all would really like a pill that is taken once per day and can improve our longevity. That keeps us looking young and feeling young. While we’re at it, I’ll also sign up for the fat loss pill. Ironically, we do have several techniques that we can start using, today, that can help us achieve our longevity goals if we just focus on them consistently.

Understand That We Don’t Know All There Is About Longevity
We know how to get someone on the moon yet get confused by basic nutrition. So imagine the layers on a relatively new idea of longevity and anti aging. It’s complex. That’s important to understand from the get go. It doesn’t mean that you should give up and sit on your couch eating doughnuts. Rather, you have to make a consistent effort with a few of these habits and assess how you feel.
