As a keto dieter, I eat Pork Rinds to get both my snack and salt fix in. The other day I noticed that a popular brand had added “coconut palm sugar”. Sugar??? That’s anti keto for the most part. What’s the coconut sugar and diabetes connection? Is coconut sugar as bad as cane sugar?
