Could Musical Earworms be Disrupting Your Sleep?

I LISTEN TO MUSIC throughout the day and sometimes do so close to bedtime to relax. A recent study surprised me, suggesting that music listening may interfere with my sleep. More specifically, if I get earworms (involuntary musical imagery), I may negatively affect my sleep patterns.
