EMOM Workouts With Dumbbells For Fat Loss

Often when I work with individuals who have a lot of “stubborn” fat, one of the quick fixes is to just get them to change up their workout. As a result of becoming complacent with their training, they just don’t put enough effort into their workout or they don’t accomplish enough during it. My go-to switch for increasing metabolic efficiency is using dumbbell EMOM workouts.
