I hit the local gym this morning.

The gym mirror reflected a familiar scene: many sweat-slicked faces, the rhythmic clang of weights, and quiet determination filling the air.

I live it.

  • not smoking tobacco
  • getting sufficient sleep
  • avoiding excess alcohol
  • maintaining friendships
  • consuming a balanced diet
  • maintaining a reasonable weight
