How I Supercharged My Muscle Growth with This Simple Protein Strategy

Protein is on my mind.

I think understandably, given I am two months out from a bodybuilding physique competition.

Of course, protein is valuable for more than muscle-building.

It is indispensable for physiological processes, including tissue synthesis, hormone regulation, and immune function.

Protein is, quite literally, a building block of life.

Eggs are stacked on one another, carefully balanced. They range in color from light (at the top) to dark (at the bottom).

We use it for energy and forming hair, skin, nails, muscles, and tendons.

Protein’s essential amino acids also support the functioning of hormones and neurotransmitters.

Today’s Goals

The prevailing emphasis on high-protein diets warrants a critical examination of their optimal intake.

In this essay, I will explore the biochemical roles of proteins.

I will share recommended daily allowances.
