New Year’s resolutions are about time and money, but we don’t keep them because neither of them leads to happiness.

The ideal income is $95,000. But half the country’s households never reach that level. Is it any wonder so many people are unhappy?

While wealthier individuals find happiness in their accomplishments, less wealthy individuals find joy in caring about others.

People are happiest after they are 55-years-old. As I began to realize my time is limited, irretrievable, and diminishing, I decided to experience time and money rather than measure it.

Whether it's things or people, when we have too much, it clutters up our life.

The power of money to make us happy is weak indeed.
