It seems that everyone around me is making resolutions.

Folks who resolve to exercise fill my gym in January.

Months later, there’s no physical activity.

I don’t make resolutions.

I don’t define goals.

I create systems.

I Create Systems, Not Resolutions

Many of you have recently asked me how I am so productive.

I write blogs, study the Japanese language, regularly practice piano, read several books monthly, and work as a radiation oncologist.

And you have also asked me about my New Year’s resolutions.

You may be surprised that I don’t make resolutions.

Rather, I prefer to create systems that allow me to accomplish a huge amount.
