Have you heard of your brain’s Default Mode Network (DMN)?

There’s a quiet hum in our minds — a background symphony that plays when we’re not actively focused on the world around us.

The Default Mode Network is a group of brain areas that work together when your mind is at rest, like the front, middle, and side parts of your brain.

The DMN is most active during introspective activities like daydreaming, reminiscing, or envisioning the future.

Today, I’ll show you how to harness your brain’s Default Mode Network.
