Reversing aging is a topic that has long drawn my attention.

Not just living longer but bending time like something out of Interstellar or waking up with a younger body like The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.

Science, for all its brilliance, hasn’t cracked that code yet.

What We Want: Healthspan, Not Immortality

Today, researchers are learning to reprogram cells, silence senescent ones, and even infuse the old with the blood of the young.

But for all the spectacle, the deeper truth is quieter and perhaps more profound:

Most of us don’t want immortality — we want more good years.

Most of us don’t want immortality — we want more good years.

This story is about that quieter pursuit: the science not of forever but of healthspan — the chance to live longer and better.
