Love or Hate at First Sight? The new Samsung Galaxy Note 10 & 10+

These phones are fab — I’d totally swipe right.

Samsung’s Galaxy Notes have always been for people after big screens. It’s for those of you who want to do everything on your phone. After all, it’s a huge phone!

But don’t stress — if you want all the fun of the S Pen without the beef of the 10+, pick up the Galaxy Note 10. It’s .5 inches smaller, but no less powerful 😉

…so is it love at first sight?

Let’s start off with how it looks.

That glow looks mad

Aura Glow is the way to go. But does it matter? It adds absolutely nothing except the ‘glam factor’ — which I think’s ace! Chuck a clear cover on that bad boy and away you go, looking stunning.

Infinity –O display, my oh my!

More glass to break, but worth it. With glass that spills over the edges, the Galaxy 10 and 10+ are looking on point 👌

Jack’s gone and I don’t like it

That infamous headphone jack socket is missing. And if you’re anything like me, then this is a big problem as you’re constantly losing your wireless headphones. If they can make space for a pen, then why can they not make room for Jack?

Does size matter?

It all depends on what you’re after — bigger is better if you want to do things like binge-watch Marie Kondo on Netflix, Candy Crush all night long or get trapped in a never-ending stream of YouTube DIYs. Will you choose the 6.8inch or the 6.3inch screen?

Front and centre

The selfie camera has moved, but don’t worry, your selfie-game isn’t in danger. Does shifting the camera to the top-centre of the screen add anything? Not really — it’s probably not the reason you’d buy this phone. You might buy it for the zoom or wide lenses on the back though.

S pen stylist for the win

This pen is awesome. Your selfie-game is going to be on point — it has a button that lets you take a picture remotely. Will you use it all the time? Maybe. Or maybe you’ll lose it and never use it again.

To Note or not to Note?

The choice is made a lot easier now that there are two sizes. As far as I can see, there’s no real downfall either way if you pair it with a Belong mobile plan 😉
