Benchmark announces today its latest agreement with Expread, a platform that integrates Blockchain technology based solutions and proposes to change the way cryptocurrency exchanges are established and operated. Thanks to this agreement Benchmark will establish the Crypto Asset Exchanges in South Africa, Zambia, Ghana, Nigeria, Malta, and Canada.

Expread is a hybrid solution designed to combine the advantages of centralized exchanges, such as sophisticated functionality and high-performance trade engine, together with the advantages of decentralized exchanges, such as higher security, full transparency, auditable operations and joint governance, to offer a highly scalable solution on crypto exchanges. The goal is to lower barriers of entry and increase competition in the cryptocurrency exchange market and virtually enable everyone to open his own node of exchange, providing the community with a seamless global trading framework and, at the same time, bringing full aggregation of liquidity in the Expread ecosystem.

Benchmark, thanks to this agreement with Expread, will have a solid partner in South Africa, Zambia, Ghana, Nigeria, Malta, and Canada. Within the Crypto Asset Exchanges Benchmark and Expread will work side by side to identify suitable jurisdictions where the Expread solution can be profitably deployed.

Expread offers a fundamentally new business model for online exchanges and we are glad to put our technology at Benchmark service. We are growing thanks to significant partnerships and Benchmark is one of our strongest allies”, says Leo Liu, Expread CEO and Co-Founder.

Benchmark will give its contribution to:

  • Provide the necessary funding for the establishment of the distributed local crypto trading exchanges
  • Establish marketing and distribution networks for Expread’ successful distribution in the African countries, Malta, and Canada
  • Provide the annual budget for the Crypto Asset Exchanges in the agreed countries

Expread will give its contribution to:

  • Provide a license to use its technical solution in the six countries
  • Provide the necessary technology and business know-how needed to successfully and profitably use its solution

The six countries will be supervised by professionals with a deep expertise and experience in their countries. To name a few, Rick Williams will manage the project in Canada, Michael Hibbard in Ghana, and Chris Mutale in Zambia.

This agreement with Expread is just one of many exciting upcoming announcements. To stay up to date on news relating to Benchmark, head over to the Benchmark website https://benchmarktoken.io/en/ and follow us on Telegram https://t.me/benchmarktoken.
