Benilde Prize 3.0 Roadshow — Ateneo de Naga University
The Benilde Prize 3.0 Roadshow is rolling out across the Philippines!
Our first stop: a nine-hour road trip all way to the land of laing and kinalas — and probably the most resilient region in the country. Naga City is also home to Ateneo de Naga University (ADNU the home of DreamWeave, our BP 2.0 winners and current incubatees at HiFi.
For BP 3.0, we pre-loaded the Design Thinking bootcamp to cast a wider net of prospects from different schools. Five teams from ADNU and some schools around Naga hunkered down for two days with an Empathy Exercise: How might we make communities more disaster-resilient?

The Benilde Prize is the first University-based social design competition, as well as a business incubator. It is dedicated to mentoring and launching the next wave of social innovators who are empowered with the creative intelligence and confidence to come up with scalable and sustainable solutions that can achieve breadth and depth of impact.
