Established in 2022, BerandaToko has become an innovative platform, focused on providing solutions to help MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) sell their products and reach more customers. We utilize the WhatsApp Business API to enable buying and selling activities between MSME and customers, making it easier for MSME to sell and easier for customers to get what they want.

Job Description :

1. Quickly responds to incident alerts and support calls. Identifies, and coordinates with teams that are critical to the event’s resolution.
2. — Production L2 support — User JIRA Tickets create, update status, summary
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to capture and articulate technical and non-technical details
4. Understanding of SQL query and No SQL query
5. Respond to tickets in accordance with SLA guidelines
6. Production L1, L2 support — Proactively monitor customer and other production issues, raise tickets, Send Report.
7. Quickly responds to incident alerts and support calls. Identify, and coordinates with teams that are critical to the event’s resolution
8. Perform root cause analysis and fix critical issues
9. Demonstrates ability to multi-task and re-prioritize responsibilities based on changing requirements(such as urgent customer problems).
10. Building products is all about solving hard problems. It requires creativity and out of box thinking

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, here are the skills we’re looking for:

Minimum Qualifications :

1. 3+ years NodeJS, Golang, OR Typescript (on the backend), react OR angular (on the frontend).
2. 2+ years in production support related role with hands-on experience in analyzing and fixing production issues
3. Ability to Read and analyze server, application logs
4. SQL/ NoSQL DB skills are required (mysql, mongodb)
5. GCP Cloud experience is preferred
6. A solid understanding of how web and mobile applications work, Cross-browser compatibility etc.
7. Able to work under a flexible schedule based on business needs
8. Strong communication skills with the ability to capture and articulate technical and non-technical details
9. Excellence project and time management
10. Strong problem solving
11. Ability to work independent or with group (team player)

Educational Background:
