Established in 2022, BerandaToko has become an innovative platform, focused on providing solutions to help MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) sell their products and reach more customers. We utilize the WhatsApp Business API to enable buying and selling activities between MSME and customers, making it easier for MSME to sell and easier for customers to get what they want.

Job Description :

Long-term planning to create initiatives that further the company’s overall goals

1. Developed a loyal and highly satisfied customer base through proactive management of team customer service strategies
2. Strengthened merchandising and promotional strategies to drive customer engagement and boost sales.
3. Reduced financial discrepancies to minimize threats to the health and productivity of the business.
4. Mentored team members to enhance professional development and accountability in the workplace.
5. Strengthened operational efficiency to remain cost-effective while maintaining quality service
6. Assisted in organizing and overseeing assignments to drive operational excellence.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, here are the skills we’re looking for:

1. Strong interest in working in a dynamic start-up company environment
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record of leading regional business, especially the retail market (Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing, Retail )
3. Customer-oriented mindset
4. Proficient in English and effective communication & interpersonal skills
5. Possess a passionate, fun style of communication
6. Strong business sense with proven strategic planning and leadership capability
