Established in 2022, BerandaToko has become an innovative platform, focused on providing solutions to help MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) sell their products and reach more customers. We utilize the WhatsApp Business API to enable buying and selling activities between MSME and customers, making it easier for MSME to sell and easier for customers to get what they want.

Job Description :

1. Responsible for lead and ownership create TRD with meet the standards that have been set
2. Create code with high quality and test able, free bug and implementation best design pattern
3. Lead medior and junior developer and give best direction to team to make code better
4. Review and approved code from team
5. Make sure all team coding with best practice methodology
6. Lead backend team as needed
7. Make sure data management and security on code
8. Participating in continuing education and training team member for their growth
9. Do migration from monolith to microservice with right and proven way

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, here are the skills we’re looking for:

Experience:

1. Bachelor’ degree or above in computer programming, computer science or related field
2. Senior and fluence or deep understanding of golang, java, (php and python is plus)
3. Have experience on web programing, REST, Database above 5 years
4. Focus on efficiency code, user experience, and process improvement
5. Excellence project and time management
6. Strong problem solving
7. Ability to work independent or with group (team player)
8. Have success story or experience on microservice architecture

Educational Background:

Compute programming or science or math, or physics

Specific Skill Needed:

1. Senior Golang or / and Java
2. RDBMS and No SQL (MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis)
3. Messaging (Kafka or Rabbit MQ)
4. Query Optimization
5. Parallel process and concurrency
6. Versioning and Repository (git)
7. Database Transaction
8. Security Web
9. Microservices
10. Unting Testing, TDD, and pair programming
11. Agile or scrum SDLC
12. Cloud Native (Aws, DO, GCP or alibaba cloud)
13. Synchronous and asynchronous process
14. Design pattern for monolith and microserives arhcitecture
15. Docker and basic kubernetes
