Established in 2022, BerandaToko has become an innovative platform, focused on providing solutions to help MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) sell their products and reach more customers. We utilize the WhatsApp Business API to enable buying and selling activities between MSME and customers, making it easier for MSME to sell and easier for customers to get what they want.

Job Description :

1. Define Product Vision and Roadmap
2. Analyzing Customer Needs
3. As an Advocate for Customers
4. Unite the Team (Engineering, Operation and Business)
5. Conduct Program Trials and provide input
6. Act as Product Innovator
7. Formulate the long term product strategy, half- yearly OKR and strategic initiative to ensure delivery of key business goal
8. Collaborate with cross functional team to build product roadmap. Ship impactful features that help us scale business
9. Capture insight from stakeholders and user feedback, experiments, research and data analysis to identify trendand pinpoint of our seller and butter. Translate this insight into tactical solution to improve the product
10. Define clear and well scoped requirement document that are easy to understand by technical and not technical team
11. Influence peers, stakeholders, and key executives through the use of data and logic

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, here are the skills we’re looking for:

Experience :

1. Bachelor’ degree or above in computer programming, computer science or related field
2. Have experience in product area above 5 years
3. Excellence project and time management
4. Strong problem solving
5. Ability to work independent or with group (team player)

Educational Background:

Compute programming or science or math, or physics

Specific Skill Needed:

1. A/B Testing
2. Knowledge Excel and Doc
3. Data analysis skill
4. Product roadmap development
5. Know software development
6. Market research skill
7. Basic Knowledge of Agile methodology
