What inspires your thinking about design? What gets you most excited to create?

I swear I get most excited to design at the most random times. It could be…

while I’m food shopping
walking my dog, Remy
cooking dinner
watching a movie

But when it hits, I like to bottle it up and try to get to my MacBook or iPad asap and flesh out any ideas going on in my head. Even better if I’m able to sit comfortably at my workstation, throw on my Spotify Playlist (example songs below), throw some oils in my diffuser, and have Alexa change the color of my Phillips Hue Lights (not sponsored).

What is your motto in life?

When applying for BentoBox, I remember stumbling upon this customer site. I’m a sucker for bold, loud websites with great typography. I loved the way this site implements the various illustrations, patterns, and beautiful photography. It’s busy, but the menu and content is easily legible.
