With the holiday season in full effect, we couldn’t resist bringing back our seasonal logo redesigns! From snow to lights to presents and more we’ve transformed iconic BentoBox restaurant logos into holiday editions that capture the joy of the season.

BREADS BAKERY (New York, NY)

https://www.breadsbakery.com/

Breads Bakery is a quintessential New York bakery known for producing artisan, handmade breads and pastries. I was drawn to this concept as I thought it would be a nice opportunity to create a Hanukkah-themed logo design. I used the horizontal line in their logo to create a menorah graphic that sits below their logo text and added in candle flames for a cozy and welcoming holiday logo.

EVEL PIE (Las Vegas, NV)

https://www.evelpie.com/

Evel Pie is an Evel Knievel-themed, old-school pizza concept and is one of Las Vegas’s most celebrated pizzerias. They have a very bold and unique 70's-inspired brand look that drew me in right away. I love the colors and the stencil graphic style of the illustration. I didn’t want to overpower their look and feel so I went with some simple holiday/winter additions, replacing the stars with holiday lights, the falling snow, and the Santa hat seemed like enough to elevate the logo to holiday-themed without losing their unique vibe.

TEQUILA SOCIAL (Dallas, TX)

https://www.tequilasocialdal.com/

Tequila Social is a West Tex-Mex concept located directly off Katy Trail, a 3.5-mile walking trail. Their illustrative branding can be seen throughout their website and their large patio. Inspired by the illustrations lining the walls and the string lights over their patio, I styled a loosely wrapped string of lights around the bottom border of their logo text. I added a more secure string around the top portion of the logo, replacing the black dotted border.

BREVA (Minneapolis, MN)

https://www.brevabarandgrill.com/

Breva is a New American concept with a menu self-described as “a true celebration of the New American Spirit.” The upscale-casual feel of their brand with the slight touch of retro from the groovy font style inspired me to use flat additions to make a 2D-style present version. With an added bow and some sparkle accents, this logo is ready for the holiday season!

SHYBIRD (Boston, MA)

Shy Bird

Shy Bird is a unique all-day rotisserie, bar, cafe, and takeaway concept based in Cambridge and Boston Massachusetts. They offer a warm, whimsical, and welcoming atmosphere that I wanted to represent in their holiday logo. I opted for a pair of warm boots and a cozy hat for their iconic shy bird asset, and added a healthy layer of snow on the wordmark to give it an even more bundled-up feel.

The Bomb Bar (Charleston, SC)

https://www.thebombbar.com/

The Bomb Bar is a health-focused smoothie bar based in Charleston, South Carolina. The fun sunburst-like shape as the center of the “o” was perfect for a stylized snowflake. I mixed rounded and straight lines in the snowflake to balance the shape of the “o” to the rest of the more sharp letters. I also took the center of the snowflake and placed it on the dots in between their logo subtext to add a little extra cheer.

Fini Pizza (Brooklyn, NY)

https://www.finipizza.com/

Fini Pizza draws inspiration from a lifelong fascination with neighborhood pizzerias, aiming to craft an iconic NYC slice shop that creates memorable dining experiences for all guests. The brand’s modern and hip look provides a perfect canvas for incorporating holiday accents and embellishments. Eager to add a festive touch into the brand’s identity, I chose to leverage their iconic crown, reimagining it with a pattern or texture related to the holiday season. What better choice than a candy cane? The playful yet refined design works well with the Fini brand, and the addition of a bow was the finishing touch.

Little Mod Hotel (Charlottesville, VA)

https://www.littlemodhotel.com/

Little Mod Hotel is a newly revitalized 1960s hotel — a true mid-century gem in Charlottesville, VA. It has a wonderful blend of modern touches inspired by vintage design, and I wanted to ensure this holiday version of their logo represented just that. Preserving the beautiful linework and distinctive shape of Little Mod’s logo, I’ve chosen to transform it into a festive wreath. The exterior border mimics a wreath-like texture, providing the perfect foundation for a cascade of berries on the gold frame. To add the finishing touch, a bow completes the festive piece.
