L’emergenza COVID deve invece far crescere una sostenibile fruizione (anche) turistica del territorio di Bergamo e di Città Alta.

L’esperienza COVID-19 deve essere stimolo per adottare tempestive idee d’innovazione che promuovano cooperazioni inedite e che facciano nascere nuove aree di sviluppo.

Sforzi, investimenti, idee dovranno essere investiti in modelli di sviluppo nuovi; su un tessuto di attività commerciali, artigianali e negozi di vicinato variegati che non esistono più che siano capaci di offrire ai turisti uno spaccato di vita vera.

I progetti promossi devono rispondere nel migliore dei modi alle tre dimensioni di sostenibilità: economia, ecologia e società.
