It’s almost that time of year: the annual Gracepoint Thanksgiving Retreat. It’s a time where each church plant and clusters of ministry groups get to share how God has worked in our midst this past year — and it’s all communicated through video.

For our church at Seattle, this year proved to be a tad different. In the previous years, three weeks would be the normal deadline. However, due to surrounding circumstances, this year we had to complete the whole thing within one week. Challenge accepted.

I’d like to document how we approached our video, given our challenges and limitations, from a technological and project management perspective. This is currently an outline that will — God willing — be filled out in the weeks to come:
