betbox (OX) — pump and dump
These are exciting times at betbox. Our first live AMA was a huge success, with the promise of more exciting coming through from us.
June was another extraordinary month in the world of cryptocurrencies. More and more tokens are getting listed through IEOs and raise awareness to alternative projects next to bitcoin, which is still the number one mentioned digital currency throughout world media despite libra.
If you like to flip the coin like we do, this month also gave out the vulnerability of such projects: with the tragic downfall of Verity, a partner of betbox since August 2018. The team which was developing a decentralized wisdom of the crowd oracle, fitting perfectly in betbox’ usecase, closed its doors due to financial turbulences and decided to publish their achievements with an open source license.
The management of both sides remain in communication to decide upon future capabilities to maintain the development of the extraordinary product established with hard work within the last 3 years. Further notice will be given as soon as the next steps are concluded:
audit Verity’s source code, proof of concept to relaunch Verity’s framework in the betbox ecosystem and project funding options
But not all news are sinister; in crypto the fun never stops.
Throughout the last month of operational fine-tuning, the company managed to onboard partners and contacts to realize the intended go-to-market with the betbox flagship application. The decentralized application will shortly get into user testing of the core operability and inspire more people of our idea.

Coming up
Among other mid- to longterm progress
We will be updating our official documents and roadmap. The rollout strategy and feature release planning of the betbox dapp will be published, with the onboarding of influencers to promote betbox. We will update our online presence as soon as we open user testing on IOS and Android.
