Bourne Ultimatum
DE-STRESSFLIX: A movie that will suck stress from your life.
Starring Matt Damon, Julia Stiles, Joan Allen and David Strathairn. Directed by Paul Greengrass.

Pam Landy (Allen) frantically passes through towering columns holding up the New York CIA office in search for the tool to Noah Vosen’s (Strathairn) demise. Classified documents in hand, she rips the plastic binding from the death papers of past agents — pictures of operatives with the red ink of a stamp covering their faces. Landy’s hands quiver as she punches in each number on the fax machine in a large uninhabited office.
This scene represents the freeing of Jason Bourne (Damon) by an unlikely confidant. Racing to beat the opposition and free the truth, Landy takes a stand and acts on her emotions and values.
While most of the story is heart-racing action, this scene brings an odd sense of peace to the viewer. Watching the “good guy” win is significantly rewarding when you have witnessed the exasperating struggle they went through to get there.
