Student body hears from president and vice president candidates

Candidates for the 2020–2021 school year met Feb. 24 to discuss their campaign platforms and take questions from the student body.

Student President Candidate Kalyee Schmidt takes the mic during the campaign debate on February 24th. The moderator Sam Nyguen asked each candidate questions, one noteworthy question being what other candidate would they vote for to win the postition.
Vice President Candidate Aidan Ruch answers campaign questions Feb. 24. The audience reacts in laughter, evoking emotions from the other candidates. “We’ve already started implementing things, like going to shack, and if we’re elected, we’re going to continue doing those things even before we’re officially elected president,” Ruch said.
