Bethel (St. Paul) University alumnus Cherie Suonvieri reminisces on the moments she spent as a student. She talked about the ongoing support from adviser/mentor Phyllis Alsdurf, along with other professors, even though at times she wanted to switch her major. “One thing she always told me was that life is long,” Suonvieri said. “A lot of people tell you life is short, but life is long and you have a lot of opportunities to do the things that you want to do.”
