How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days will give you a humorous perspective on relationships and the mistakes men and women make. Andie (Kate Hudson) is a journalist who takes on the challenge of writing an in-depth story of why relationships fail. She goes undercover and begins dating Ben (Matthew McConaughey) with the intentions to try get him to end the relationship within 10 days. At one point, she acts out a mental breakdown over of a dead plant. Andie is left wondering why her boyfriend is still investing in the relationship. Could she be trying to lose the man of her dreams?
