You deserve to treat yourself. Whether it be a Monday or Sunday, you should give yourself a pat on the back for making it through another day, no matter how productive or how lazy you were. Just try to make the productive days outweigh the lazy.

  1. Eat your favorite snack (in moderation).

2. Listen to upbeat music.

3. Take ten minutes to yourself.

4. Watch a movie from your childhood.

5. Make weekend plans so you have something to look forward to.

6. Take a nap!

7. Get some fresh air.

8. Slap on a face mask (yes boys, you too).

9. Write in a journal about whatever the heck you want.

10. Look at yourself in the mirror and give yourself at least five serious compliments.
