After experiencing some difficult setbacks in my life, I realized that developing self-discipline was crucial to overcoming those challenges and moving forward. I remember feeling overwhelmed and unsure of how to proceed, but I knew that I needed to take action to regain control of my life. So, I began by setting small daily goals for myself, such as setting goals for myself and prioritizing tasks.
