Every day, the little things we do make our lives better.

Your life can change so much in just 5–10 years. You can’t see the positive changes in your current life if you keep focusing on the things you don’t have yet.

When you apply tiny habits in your daily life, you will notice things happening in your life: you’re in a better mood, you get great ideas, you’ll feel more confident, and you have more good days than bad ones.

It takes time to replace your old habits with new ones, but the more you do them, the easier they become. It takes a small habit to change your life.
