Everybody has got demons that don’t let them sleep at night. But the thing is, we must learn to silence those demons and inner voices; otherwise, we will soon lose ourselves in those fears.

What most people understand very late in life is that we must fight off what frightens us. Otherwise, traumas will scar us for life, and our mental health will be tarnished.

Every 2nd child goes through some domestic abuse, violence, negligence or any other mode of trauma in his life and this may leave adverse effects on the person.
