Impactful is a social innovation agency that helps to unlock the potential for social impact in commercially driven businesses.

Our Mission

To enable businesses to transform their role in society. Businesses at their best are created and built to solve problems. They have a vital role to play, alongside governments, individuals and the third sector, in tackling society’s biggest challenges.

Businesses have access to a wealth of talent, expertise, technology and finance which can contribute to scalable, sustainable positive change in society.

Our Story

Our team is made up of Almira, Rima & Max. We met each other on Year Here, a ten month social innovation and entrepreneur fellowship base in London. The four of us were given the brief of helping ForwardPMX an 800 strong, global digital marketing company explore how they could bring their organisational purpose on par with profit. We spent two months immersed in their world, learning about their business and their needs as leaders & staff, developing a bespoke social impact strategic proposal which is being woven into the 2020 strategy.
