This Time It’s Just Different!

It’s just a journey, you might like to watch..

This year has been freaking crazy, it has been mostly super sweet, we haven’t had a rough patch, yet, fingers crossed! We’re buzzing on a good vibe everyday in the office - still in our tiny 30m2 container on Eagle Street, with the cool AMICUS team- all of us have pretty high EQ’s, we’re not thinking we’re better than anyone else, but we’re HUSTLING like our life depends on it, aiming to create the utmost respect in the industry sectors we service, by being known as the best bunch of human recruiters on social media, ever.

Today Adam Broadbent started working with the crew, yes he’s been given a very senior position within the Just People business, but today (Tuesday 8th October, 2013) on his first day working with the crew, you would have never of picked in a million years, that it was his second time meeting with most of the crew, he fitted like a glove, interacting with everyone, sharing laughs, chatting on the phone, smashing the keys on the keyboard to get out important emails, learning to social media content create etc etc. BUT the most intriguing thing that he kept reminding us all of was this; “Guys, Guys, & Girls (Kate), the market is SOOOO big, OMG”.

It just made me realise that whilst he is on a legal restraint from his previous employer, that market share of which he left them and one particular favourite of his, was only a tiny-teeny slither of what business is currently out there, you just have to have the right mix to obtain it :)

Yeah baby, it’s good times ahead, and yes as we grow we’ll take more thorough steps to on boarding new crew members into our business, but heh what of it when business owners like (Ciaran & myself) want to run with pure “gut intuition”.

No one’s perfect, some of the most amazing humans to ever live, were the most screwed up people you’ve never seen, like me maybe, not that Broady’s screwed up like me, but thanks for the text messages, you know who you are — at the end of the day, we’re all searching for love & happiness, good times for long times and piles of cash, (some of us).

Now with “Broady” aboard the JDP — JP Journey, we’re moving closer to creating the worlds smallest-largest recruitment business that’s super sexy, effective, results orientated and relationships driven forever after!
