Productivity is a very powerful skill that if mastered, then it can change your whole life game for you.

But How to stay productive? This question was roaming continuously in my mind a few months ago.

You can become ultra productive if you just meditated for 10-15 days in a row because it gives you a sense of calmness, which is necessary to work in flow.
That's why great monks and leaders advice people to follow this practice regularly to achieve greatness in life.
Tip #2 | Write Down Your MITs
What are MITs. MITs are the most important tasks which you should complete today at any cost.
You can make a whole sheet where you can list down your MITs and also other least important tasks.
So that you can prioritize your time accordingly, which in return will complete your work in less time.
Regular completion of all those MITs will leave with many time which you can invest in your passion.
This way you can easily stay more productive.

Tip #3 | Use Scheduling Tools
You must be knowing the importance of scheduling if you are doing something creative.
We all people have 24 hours every day and how we manage creates our future.
So scheduling plays a huge role here. Because it helps you manage your work without devoting your complete towards.
If you are a content creator then you can use multiple tools like buffer, later, etc to schedule your work.
Also if you are even in any professional field then you can easily schedule your meetings using these tools.
Schedulers make our job way easier because we don't have to devote a huge amount of time here.

Tip #5 | Work In A Non-distracted Environment
Environment plays a huge role, especially in productivity.
You cannot become productive if there is a lot of chaos around you.
This way you will not be able to focus even a single minute.
So it becomes very necessary to have a good environment to perform deep work.

So you can imagine the power of the environment. Why it is very crucial to stay productive in your work?
Tip #6 | Stop Notifications
Notifications can be a huge distraction whenever you are willing to stay productive.
Because every time your attention gets diverted to some unimportant thing.
I will suggest you keep all your mobile app notifications off except for some very important apps like messages, emails, etc.
I am doing this for 2 years and believe me! Now I am not a slave of notifications anymore.
I can respond to people whenever I want. This helped immensely to maintain that flow state in my work.
Tip #7 | Rapid Exercise
Exercising is one of those most important things to keep our overall well-being good.
Doing just a little bit of exercise every day can help you perform better throughout the day.
You feel an instant increase in energy just after a workout.
You can start from very beginner-friendly workouts and later you can push your limits to go one step up.
This way it also plays a very huge role in staying productive.
Tip #8 | Write It Down
Making notes for your work one night before can save a lot of frustration the next day.
You can even maintain a gratitude diary to help you feel gratification for whatever you have.
Making a habit of writing can make your vocabulary strong and builds a solid habit of achieving something.
This daily combination of all those choices can save a lot of your time in the day to help you stay even more productive.
