Noisiness, busyness, and too-much-ness have been common themes among the dozens of people I have worked with during my time working as a professional counselor. People come into my office expressing that their bodies are too much, their minds are too much, their schedules are too much, their jobs, their partner, their country, etc.
Out of the too-much-ness is birthed this unending sense of anxiety, this feeling of stress that people can’t ever seem to shake.
