a moment of reflection

My Fellow Sheep (Americans),

Our government is corrupt.
You have no rights.
The constitution is meaningless; the fourth amendment is dead.

The year is 2013. As a race of sentient beings, we humans have never been so able to connect, communicate and unite. We must wield our power now or risk losing it forever. How? Where? When? Who?

Organized groups (government or otherwise) within China, Israel, America, Iran and many more are already engaged in a covert digital war. To what end? Why?

Why hold malice towards other men and women on the basis of their nationality?

Do we not posses the capability to peacefully live and continue to progress?

Could we not feed, cloth and house every human on earth for a mere fraction of the USA’s yearly military expenditures?

Perhaps 100 years ago we would not have had such capabilities, but how can you deny such a possibility today?

It is time for us to begin to think of a new system by which we can organize ourselves that transcends the nation-state, the multi-national corporations and other greed driven groups.

This is my call to arms. Today I urge you to take a moment and think:

Are you happy with the direction the world is moving?

This is my attempt to start the right conversation so that we may ask the right questions.
