Resistance band… Sounds exciting! What’s my association with resistance? Iron Sy’s ‘Resistant’ song from ‘District 13’. It’s a 2004 French parkour movie by Luc Besson. Never watched it?   • Friendly to your budget, house and kids

Resistance bands are tougher for taller people. This is true for most weight training. A longer body, arms and legs mean more distance to cover. I’m 187 cm tall (6' 2'’) so I love to use bands.
