The 3 Inner Allies: What Does it Mean to Collaborate with Oneself?
While one can ignite a spark alone, a single stone cannot produce it.
Teamwork is universally recognized as an invaluable skill. Everywhere we turn, we're faced with questions about how team members can seamlessly work together, amplifying each other's strengths to achieve shared objectives.
Yet, an often overlooked truth is that even when we're not collaborating with others, we must still engage in teamwork with ourselves. But who is this 'self' we're teaming up with?
The 3 Allies
In every endeavor, you're accompanied by three distinct "allies."
Life often presents patterns of threes if you look closely. Consider the atom, the foundational unit of matter, composed of three particles: protons, electrons, and neutrons. Time itself unfolds in a triad: past, present, and future. Literature and cinema celebrate trios, from Alvin, Simon, and Theodore (Alvin and the Chipmunks) to the iconic Harry Potter, Ronald Weasley, and Hermione Granger (Harry Potter).
