I’ve Been Marketing My Business on Quora for a Month, Here’s Everything I Learned
Quora: an underused platform full of opportunities
Quora is a weird place, man.
There’s a lot more to it than just answering questions and hoping the right people see it and hire you or visit your blog.
You need to be more strategic than that.
So far, I learned that answering random questions won’t bring you any results besides Quora views — which are worthless on their own.
From the start, my goal was to post around one answer per day. Once I got accepted to my first Quora Space, I either wrote an answer or created a post per day. I also posted one question.
So, here’s everything I learned from my one month using the platform and from reading other people’s experiences on it.
1. Getting Started
Start by following topics and Spaces relevant to your business or brand.
Quora Spaces are basically blogs within the platform. Anyone can create one, post whatever they want, and invite or accept other Quora users into the Space so they can post there as well.
