These 5 Chrome Extensions Make Work Better

If you use Google Chrome to browse the web — and most people do — these extensions or add-ons can help you work better.

In no particular order, here are my top five Chrome extensions. I’ve included a link to each one below the images so that it is easily accessible.
1) Full Page Screen Capture
What else can I say about ‘full page screen capture’ when the name says it all? It’s super easy to use and great when it comes to capturing screenshots that are more than a page long. No more screenshotting and scrolling and piecing the images back together again. Simply click the camera icon to get started.
You can download the results as PNG, JPG, and PDF.
If you’re not using Momentum, you’re missing out. This is the first page that I see whenever I start up my browser or open a new tab and for a good reason.
There are a few features in this minimalist extension that pack a punch, but my main reason for using this extension is the todo list. There’s so much to do in a single day so having a non-intrusive checklist on every new tab makes prioritizing new and old tasks much easier to manage. Not to mention that the daily inspirational photos and quotes can turn a boring, static homepage into a lively one.
Stay focus and keep your momentum going.
Bubbles is a lowkey extension that’s perfect for frontend teams, QAs, PMs, and UX/UI designers. Similar to full page screen capture, but packed with more features, I use this tool to quickly capture my screen, highlight key areas, and to share it with others using a unique link.
You can also use this to record your screen.
Use MailTracker to know when your emails are opened. Enough said. Install, activate, and grant permission (yes I know, but this needs access to Gmail to work). There’s also no obnoxious signature that you have to pay to remove.
Grammarly helps you write better.
From grammar and spelling to style and tone, this tool helps you eliminate writing errors and find the perfect words to express yourself. You’ll get suggestions virtually everywhere you find yourself writing on Chrome.
This is a virtual writing assistant that you fire and forget. It’s constantly operating in the background and I mean this in a good way. In fact, I am currently using Grammarly as I write this article. It has saved me more times than I can count from sending emails with mistakes and publishing error-prone content.
