So many people teach, “LOVE YOURSELF.”

But HOW?

It’s so easy to love others through direct action. You can hug them, kiss them, massage them, gift them, praise them, wash dishes for them, and more!

But HOW do you LOVE YOURSELF through DIRECT ACTION? Not words, not intention, not mere ‘energy’.

For example, HOW do you HUG YOURSELF or KISS YOURSELF?

How do you give yourself a MASSAGE?

Yes, you could give yourself a massage, but that is not very satisfying, is it?

You could ask someone to give you massage or pay someone, but that’s not really directly loving yourself any more, is it? It becomes, once again, someone else loving you.

Yes, you could hug yourself, kind of, but that too isn’t as satisfying as somebody else hugging you. It just doesn’t feel complete, does it?

Yes, you could look in the mirror and say, “I love you” or caress your own heart, and say, “I love you.” And yet, even that is not as fulfilling as somebody saying, “I love you” to you. Right?

It’s quite the conundrum, isn’t it?

Well, I recently met a man who found a simple, powerful, amazing answer!

I just can’t tell you though. I have to SHOW you. So, I have made a video that demonstrates this.
