The newest iPhone update has a new feature, that while sometimes useful, can be dangerous for anyone that doesn’t have unlimited data.

The feature? It’s called ‘Wi-Fi assist’ and it automatically switches your phone to 4G whenever your Wi-Fi is running slowly. Which could cause your bills to get waaaaay longer…

This couple was upset when they got a huge bill, albeit an unrelated bill. But it was the funniest stock photo.

But don’t fret; it’s easy to turn off

1. Open Settings

2. Choose ‘Cellular’

3. Scroll to the bottom, find ‘Wi-Fi Assist’, and switch it off.
