This morning I was watching Andrew Huberman explain how he wakes up his brain by staring at the ceiling whenever he is feeling tired.

I actually tested his theory and when I would get tired, I proceeded to hold my head up and stare at the ceiling. This theory worked for only a few seconds until I got tired again.
