The instant excess towards every luxury of life by a mere effort of work makes us impatience towards various aspects of life.

Our desire for variety an instant result is more stringer then our ancestors. We get comforts of online food delivery and limitless access to entertainment without knowing how to use it.

Do anyone of you know how to manage your phone usage? Or, How to specify a time for your to-do list development?

All suggestions, the internet is blown up with the number of experts and their impactive techniques. All in vain, without the patience to adopt them.

Patience is the key to cock your efforts for the right intensity.

It can allow you to utilize your precious time for your creative work by slaying distraction, excuses and air castle of the comfort zone.

Here are my personal experience 3 Ways that is better than an instant thrill of shows or some drunk environment:

1.Learn to adapt to stillness:

You can adapt your stillness habit by developing an act of courage to leave the crowd, come to its room, close the door and feel yourself with a deep breath.

People feel fearful or ugly to live alone. Some say that “I should not stay alone and overthink.” Without giving you a single chance, How do you figure out your overthinking?

If you overthink alone or have no courage or desire to face the mirror alone, How you get your courage back?

You require to save your 10–15minutes without any distractive people or gadgets. Yourself, your ideas and thoughts or a book. An afternoon or morning walk of about 15 minutes can be helpful. The best way is to ask yourself questions in free time and dig deep in your thoughts sporting pillars, that is your proofs or arguments.

A sound sleep with right wake up call and sleeping insights can boost your stillness for a moment.

2.Develop self-awareness around your impatience:

We’ve no awareness of what’s going on with us. Why my famous friend hate me? (Without even comforting his hate.) Without depict the real cause, we try to make decisions.

Our self-awareness needs to be active with a whole level of acceptance towards out of the blue happenings.

A level of uncertainty in decisions makes you realistic about your mistakes.

When you see your flaws as it is or How other’s see them, impatience ruins.

Humans are perpetual in change specie, What we hate now can be a loving source next time. Our flaws shits and awareness imprints their characters like jealousy, hate, sadness and anger.

Give your awareness a job to find out the emotion, reason or character that give you a feel of impatience. It may be your lust, aggression, violence or a new land of wilful.

Don’t worry about your variety of demons on the dark side. They are in everyone.

3.Understand the magic of time:

My teacher in 8th grade said with the ridiculous tone, “Your time acts like a wizard. It transforms hates into love or reverses.”

Time changes our mindset, should leave a blank space that may fill with time.

It’s normal to say, “I don’t know what to do to solve this shit.” Because we reality sometimes can’t fix it. We need time like a pregnant woman to give birth to a new life.

We need to live with the uncertainty happily. In other words, live fully without reward.

Every successful person or individual who get an assured reward always sit on the top seat of responsibility.

Huge loses or giant increment in profit rates, a spice of efforts to pop up new creativity, A mindset to stay sparkling with no cheers of others and bend down your head towards producing more.
