Chakras are energy centers in our body that correspond to different aspects of our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. They are an integral part of many ancient spiritual and healing practices, including those of yoga and acupuncture to name a couple.

When our chakras are properly aligned, we feel more balanced, centered, and in tune with ourselves and the world around us. However, when one or more of our chakras become blocked or imbalanced, we may experience physical, emotional, or spiritual discomfort or sometimes even disease.

The good news is that we can learn to align our chakras through a few simple and mindful practices that are easy to incorporate into our daily lives.

Here are some tips to help build a better habit:

  1. Know your chakras: The first step in aligning your chakras is to become familiar with their locations and their aspects of your life they are associated with. There are seven main chakras, starting at the base of your spine and extending to the crown of your head.
