Dear sleep, I know we had problems when I was younger. But I love you now and want you back.

There is a boom with mindfulness apps nowadays.

The apps promise you to improve your sleep and make you relax.

Having a busy lifestyle, I like simple stuff and everything that works. With a new year resolution wave, I’ve started to think about what I want to do most and what I want to change.

The first thing that comes up into my mind was sleep.

Lack of sleeping habits makes you look like a tired panda. Going to bed and waking up at different times or not having enough good quality sleep, will have sooner or later impact on your body.

I read recently about the mindfulness apps and wondered why they are so popular.

There are tons of applications on the market. Easily downloadable in any app store. Free or paid versions.
