Talk is cheap and won’t pay the bills

Plenty of people talk about the great things they want to do, can do, or are going to do. But what really separates the successful from the chatty is the action of doing.

This past week while at work I had the pleasure to see one of the guys who works for me earn an award for being the top of his peers for the past year. After he received his award, he turned and addressed all of us and told us of a saying his uncle used to always tell him growing up, “Don’t tell me what you can do, show me.”
