One of the supplements I am often asked about in the Betterism community is shilajit. I’ve been using it in my daily morning routine for over nearly two years now and the effects it has provided my overall wellbeing are tenfold. I can’t recommend it enough. So I wanted to take a moment to share some of its known benefits according to current research.
