Animation Fundamentals: Jenny (Official Music Video)
Jenny is the music video from the animated band Studio Killers. It displays the main singer’s hardships of falling in love with their best friend (who is in a relationship already).
Squash & Stretch:
As Jenny applies lipstick, her lips are moved back due to the stick pressing against them. The lip bounces naturally back once the stick is removed, displaying their perky nature.
Arcs:
The tiger propels itself up and lands in an arc. There aren’t any straight and abrupt movements from the first frame to the last.
The body movement of the boyfriend character allows for some added follow through. While walking towards the viewer, his head bounces up and down while his shoulders sway from side to side. Shifting his weight along his broad shoulders makes him seem all the more macho and heavy.
