What I Have Learned After Visiting a Workshop

Sometime around January of this year, my colleagues and I got an email with a list of seminars and workshops ranging from project management to supervising students. Since my professor warned me that I would have to guide one or two students through their thesis early on after I started, I thought it a good idea to give one of these seminars a chance.
