Triple-A team to mark 25th season of baseball at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark

The 25th season of Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark begins March 31 when the Oklahoma City Dodgers host the Tacoma Rainiers to open their 2023 baseball schedule, the team announced today.

The Dodgers will play 150 games next season, including 75 home games at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark, which originally opened in 1998.

The Dodgers’ 2023 schedule wraps up Sept. 24 in Albuquerque and features mainly six-game series against Pacific Coast League opponents throughout the six-month-long season.

The Dodgers will be home at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark July 4 for an Independence Day celebration when the team plays Albuquerque. Fourteen fireworks nights, three Field Trip Days, eight Braum’s Friends and Family nights and eight All-You-Can-Eat dates also make up the schedule.

First pitch times for the majority of home games are 7:05 p.m.

Sunday home games in April, May, June and September begin at 2:05 p.m. while in July and August, Sunday games begin at 6:05 p.m. The Sunday, July 9 game preceding the All-Star Break is an exception scheduled to begin at 1:05 p.m.

Field Trip Day games Wednesday, April 12 and Wednesday, April 26 begin at 11:05 a.m. and the Wednesday, June 14 game is slated for 12:05 p.m.

The team’s final home game is scheduled for Sunday, Sept. 17.

Season ticket packages are currently on sale now. Information about single-game tickets, road game times, promotions, giveaways and outside entertainment acts will be released in the future.
